Table of Contents Labels Report
The Table of Contents Labels (Toclabel) report produces a list of labels for copies of table of contents that are being routed. By default, only table of contents routings are selected. Results may be sorted by any combination of title, user name, and zip code. Title/zip code/user name is the default sort. Labels may be formatted within the report.
This report contains the following tabs.
• | Basic Tab: Reports |
• | Routing Selection Tab |
• | Receipt Selection Tab |
• | Sorting Tab |
• | Table of Contents Label Tab |
After you have copied the tables of contents pages, the Table of Contents Labels report produces user name and address labels for the copied tables of contents for the issues received. By default, the labels are spaced for a single user’s name, address, and title per full page. You could reformat the data using Output Options, or if you printed the labels from the finished list (not directly to a system printer) you could modify the format when you print the report result.

Select to print the result only if you are printing to label stock.
