Info Desk Group Reports
The Info Desk group of reports allow you to make changes to the Information Desk gateways in the Gateway Database wizard which are specifically designed to provide patron information. Announcements and Community Information are posted to the Information Desk by linking to memo records which include ”bulletin board” information. Catalog lists are posted to the Information Desk by linking to standard catalog records.
The Info Desk reports accomplish the following tasks.
| • | Print a list of memo records, based on a specific memo type |
| • | Add selected orders, items, or catalog records to a specific catalog list |
| • | Remove bulletins and catalog items from item lists |
