Sender Information Tab

In reports that create dispatch receipts, any of the following options may be available on the Sender Information tab.

Date Returned

The Date Returned indicates the date the signed receipt should be returned to the library. The default time frame is three weeks (21 days) from the Date Sent. Use the Calendar gadget to select a date in the format MM/DD/YYYY, or in your library’s default date format.

Date Sent

The notices printed by the report will contain this specified Date Sent, which represents the date an item is dispatched from the library and the charged material was sent to the external user. The default for this field is NEVER, but for an EXTERNAL user, the Date Sent is updated by running the List/Print Dispatch Receipt report. This field defaults to the report run date. Use the Calendar gadget to select a date in the format MM/DD/YYYY, or in your library’s default date format.

Library Address

This selection indicates the address, as defined in the library’s user record, that will be used on the dispatch notices that are sent to the external user. Address 1 is selected as the default.

Library Name

This selection specifies the library name, as defined in the library’s user record, that will be used on the dispatch notices that are sent to the external user. By default, the station library of the login scheduling the report is specified.
