Print Circulation Table Report

The Print Circulation Table (Prtcirctab) report provides detailed circulation policies in table format. The information is the same as that in the Circulation Map policy, but it is displayed by providing the Circulation Rule for each Item Type (displayed in the table rows) and each User Profile (displayed in the table columns) for each library (each library displays on a new page).

If any library has more Item Types and User Profiles than can display on a single page, a standard printer format prints the full range of User Profiles for the first page of Item Types, and will then print the full range of User Profiles for any Item Types that exceed the initial page length. However, User Profile headings do not display in subsequent pages of Item Types. If you adjust the Page Length in the Print Formatting, all Item Types display together, but the headers and footers display improperly. Additional word processing formatting may be required
