All users with an Active Status are currently eligible to receive outreach services. If Yes is chosen, only active outreach users will be selected. If No is chosen, only inactive outreach users will be selected. Both selects all outreach users.
Selects users based on the specified user access that was used to create the outreach user information. Use the Policy List gadget to select User Access policies.
Each user in the report had outreach information created on this specified date. To select a range of dates, use the Date Range gadget.
All users in the report last had their Active Status field disabled on this specified date. This system supplied date continues to be retained even after the user’s Active Status field is enabled. If the Active Status field has never been disabled, NEVER will display in this field. To select a range of dates, use the Date Range gadget.

Selects users based on the specified user access that was last used to modify the outreach user information. Use the Policy List gadget to select User Access policies.
Each user in the report is scheduled to have outreach items delivered or shipped on this specified date. This field is automatically maintained from the Type attribute of the Route policy. To select a range of dates, use the Date Range gadget.
All users in the report currently have this number of history records associated with them. History records contain information about items that have been selected or rejected for an outreach user. These records are used to prevent selection of materials that the outreach user or library deemed unsuitable and also to prevent reselection of materials, unless the outreach user would like to receive the same item at some regular interval. To select a range of numbers, use the Number Range gadget.
All users in the report currently have this number of interest profiles associated with them. Interest profiles contain pre-defined catalog searches on a specific topic or author that are used to select materials to be distributed to outreach users. These interest search profiles can also include search qualifiers such as Format for selecting VM video materials only. To select a range of numbers, use the Number Range gadget.
Deliveries or shipments for all users selected by the report will be skipped beginning with this specified start date. Skip dates prevent deliveries during a patron’s vacation or a day care’s closed period. To select a range of dates, use the Date Range gadget.

Outreach user records may be flagged for removal. If Yes is selected, users that have been flagged for removal have been selected. If No is selected,.users that have not been flagged are selected. If Both is selected, all outreach users are selected.

All users selected by the report have indicated that this specified number of items should be delivered or shipped each time. This is a required field. To select a range of numbers, use the Number Range gadget.
Each user selected by the report has this specified number of items currently selected in the catalog for the next scheduled delivery. To select a range of numbers, use the Number Range gadget.
