Modify Outreach Information Wizard
The Modify Outreach Information wizard is used to edit a user’s outreach information record.
To modify a user’s outreach information

In the Outreach Information and Maintenance group, click the Modify Outreach wizard. |

In the User Search window, scan the user’s barcode in the Search for: field or specify one or more search criteria and text on which to search. Click Current to accept the most recently viewed or modified user. |
You can restrict your user search to a Keyword or Browse search or to a certain library, or library group, by selecting the library’s name, or library group name, in the Library list.

If a list of matching user records appears, select a user, and click Modify Outreach Information. |

In the Modify Outreach Information window, review and change the outreach information as needed, such as the outreach route, number of items requested, active status, delivery dates, or skip dates. |

When you have finished editing the outreach information, click Display Outreach to display the outreach user’s record. |

On the Outreach tab, make changes to the record and click Modify Outreach Information. |
After the record has been updated, select one of the following options.

Modify Outreach Information to make more changes to this record. |
|
•
|
Modify Another Outreach User to return to the User Search window to select another user. |
|
•
|
Return to List to return to the list of Outreach users. |
|
•
|
Close to exit the wizard. |
