Use PINs Policy
The Use PINs policy is a Global Configuration policy that is read by the WorkFlows client at startup and stored as a global variable. This policy determines whether your system will require users to type PINs to use SirsiDynix Symphony.
The Use PINs policy appears on the User Information tab of the Global Configuration wizard. The default value for this policy appears in the Select a Policy window. To modify this value, select Use PINs and click Modify. Select the check box to enable the Use PINs option. Click Save to save your selection. The default value is to not use PINs.
If the system is configured to use passwords, this policy and the Display of User PIN Field policy will not appear.
