Thesaurus Tab for Entries
The Thesaurus tab only appears for Entries used in Authority Purpose Format policies.
Attributes
Depending on the type of entry, this tab may contain the following attributes.

From the list, select the default Thesaurus policy to be used for this Entry ID. The Authority Thesaurus Policy helper (Authority Thesaurus Wizard) is available for you to create a new authority thesaurus or modify an existing one, if needed.
If this entry is an authoritative type entry, the Default Authority Entries text box will appear. Click the Policy List gadget and select the MARC tags for which this entry is authoritative.
If this Entry ID contains author information, select the author-type Thesaurus policy to be used from the list. The Authority Thesaurus Policy helper (Authority Thesaurus Wizard) is available for you to create a new authority thesaurus or modify an existing one, if needed.
If this entry is an authoritative type entry, the Main Added Authority Entries text box will appear. Click the Policy List gadget and select the MARC tags for which this entry is authoritative.
If this Entry ID contains subject information, select the subject-type Thesaurus policy to be used from the list. The Authority Thesaurus Policy helper (Authority Thesaurus Wizard) is available for you to create a new authority thesaurus or modify an existing one, if needed.
If this entry is an authoritative type entry, the Subject Authority Entries text box will appear. Click the Policy List gadget and select the MARC tags for which this entry is authoritative.
If this Entry ID contains series information, select the series-type Thesaurus policy to be used from the list. The Authority Thesaurus Policy helper (Authority Thesaurus Wizard) is available for you to create a new authority thesaurus or modify an existing one, if needed.
If this entry is an authoritative type entry, the Series Authority Entries text box will appear. Click the Policy List gadget and select the MARC tags for which this entry is authoritative.
The Thesaurus Term Type attribute lists the following MARC-type terms. Select one from the list.
