Barcode Exempt Wizard
The Barcode Exempt policy allows you to define “special IDs” that should be exempt from barcode validation. These IDs are for users that perform special functions in SirsiDynix Symphony, such as the library user record, special item locations (such as MISSING and WITHDRAWN), and delivered logins. By default, the following Barcode Exempt policies are delivered.
From the List Policies window, you can create, display, modify, copy, or remove the Barcode Exempt policies. Click Close to exit the wizard.
