Remove Pending Shipping Item Helper

The Remove Pending Shipping Item helper is located on the Exchange Items wizard and is used to remove items that have a status of Pending Shipping prior to being exchanged. You can use this helper to remove items from sets or boxed sets.

Go to the Exchange Items wizard and click the Remove Pending Item helper.

Under the Remove Item tab, scan the Item ID in the Item ID field or use the User Search helper to locate the item.

If you want all items in the set to be removed, select the Include Items in Set check box.

Click Remove to remove the items from the set or click Close to close this helper.

To remove Boxed Sets, click the Remove Boxed Sets tab.

Type in the Set ID you want to remove.

Click Remove to remove the set or click Close to exit this helper.
