Remove Pending Shipping Item Wizard

The Remove Pending Shipping Item wizard removes items that have a Pending Shipping status from the exchange. This prevents the items from becoming in exchange, which allows you to keep the items at your library. You can use this wizard to correct errors made in exchanging or if you decide not to exchange an item after it has been scanned in using the Exchange Items Wizard.

In the Manage Exchange group, click the Remove Pending Shipping Item wizard.

In the Item ID box, scan the item ID or use the Item Search helper to locate the item you want to remove.

If you are removing one item from a set, select the Include items in set check box so that all of the items in the set will be removed as well.

Click Remove to remove the item.

Click Close to close the wizard without removing the item.

To remove Boxed Sets, click the Remove Boxed Sets tab.

Type the Set ID you want to remove.

Click Remove to remove the set.

Click Close to exit the wizard without removing the set.
