Produce Shipping Notice Report Helper

The Produce Shipping Notice Report Helper allows you to print the Shipping Notice report while in the Collection Exchange Module without having to access the Reports Toolbar. No template is required for this report to run.

When using the Confirm Shipping for an Exchange Library wizard to confirm shipment of pending items to a library, you can use the Produce Shipping Notice Report helper to generate a list of items that are included in the shipment. When selected, the Shipping Notice report will automatically run ASAP for the selected library.

To print a Shipping Notice report

Click the Confirm Shipping for an Exchange Library Wizard and confirm shipping for your library.

Select an active or inactive library from the list.

Select the Produce Shipping Notice Report helper.

Verify the library in the Exchange Library tab.

Verify the option in the Exchange History tab.

Verify the option in the Sorting tab.

Click the Produce Shipping Notice button.

After a confirmation message displays with the name of the report and the destination library, click OK.

Click Close to exit the helper.

This helper is activated or deactivated on the Confirm Shipping for an Exchange Library Wizard Properties page.

A property setting can make this helper option read-only. When the list is read-only, the report still runs automatically, but you cannot alter the selections before running the report.
