Send User Message Wizard
The Send User Message wizard is used to send a message or reply to a request to a specific user. Typically, messages are used to inform users about lost and found items such as library cards left on the checkout counter or response to a pending request for information.
Although not an email message, users can access this SirsiDynix Symphony message through the User Services choice in the library OPAC. This may not be suitable for urgent messages because the user must check for messages.
