Using Label Set Preview

You can use Label Set Preview to quickly resize multiple label sets and configure label sets using the mouse. You can also quickly add or delete labels to your label set.

To add a label to the label set, click Add label. To delete a label, click Delete label.

To select an active label, click on the label or use the and buttons.

To resize a label, select the label you want to resize. Position the cursor on the label border you want to change. (The pointer becomes a double-headed arrow when you move it over the label border.) Drag the border to the size you want.

To move labels across and down the label set area, select the label you want to move, and then drag the label to the new location.

To select multiple labels, hold down CTRL, and then click each individual label.

To align your labels, you can use the Label Designer graphics toolbar. Keep in mind that if you use a toolbar button command, you cannot undo the action. For information on using the Label Designer toolbar, go to Using the Label Designer Toolbar.

If you don’t want to use the mouse to resize labels and configure label sets, you can use the Label, Page, and Label Set tabs in Label Designer. For information on these tabs, go to Using the Label Designer Tabs.

To help with overlaying labels on top of each other in label designer, previous/next buttons where added to select the active label.
