Using the Label Designer Toolbar
The Label Designer toolbar lets you align your labels.
If you use a toolbar button command, you cannot undo the action. For example, if you click the Center Vertical button, the Label Designer centers the selected labels vertically, and you cannot undo this action.
By default, the Center Vertical and Center Horizontal toolbar buttons are available. To enable the other Label Designer toolbar buttons, you must select more than one label. To select more than one label, press CTRL, select the labels, and then click the label you want to align.
The following Label designer toolbar buttons and their keyboard shortcuts are available.

Align Left (CTRL+LEFT ARROW) – Aligns selected labels to the left in a label set. |

Align Right (CTRL+RIGHT ARROW) – Aligns selected labels to the right in a label set. |
|

Align Top (CTRL+UP ARROW) – Aligns selected labels to the top in a label set. |
|
•
|
Align Bottom (CTRL+DOWN ARROW) – Aligns selected labels to the bottom in a label set. |
|
•

Center Vertical (CTRL+F9) – Centers selected label(s) vertically in the label set. |
|
•
|
Center Horizontal (CTRL+SHIFT+F9) – Centers selected label(s) horizontally in the label set. |
|

Space Across (ALT+SPACE) – Spaces selected labels evenly across the label set. |
|
•
|
Space Down (ALT+UP ARROW) – Spaces selected labels evenly down the label set. |
|
•
|
Make Same Width (ALT+-) – Makes selected labels the same width. The first label selected is the label that is changed. |
|
•
|
Make Same Height (ALT+SHIFT+-) – Makes selected labels the same height. The first label selected is the label that is changed. |

•
|
Make Same Size (ALT+\=) – Makes selected labels the same size. The first label selected is the label that is changed. |
