When you select the check box next to the title, call number, or item you want to delete, the title, call number, or item record changes to bold and italic. This convention allows you to easily identify which records will be deleted.
Additionally, when you select a call number or item to delete, the associated title (and call number) check boxes will be automatically selected and the background of the check box will appear in gray. This convention allows you to easily identify the title/call number associated with the record to be deleted.
If the Deletion of Items with Bills feature is enabled and you delete an item associated with a bill from the catalog, the item ID field and all other item-specific entries for that item will be blank anytime you view the bill within SirsiDynix Symphony.
