Save Funds Summary Helper

When working with invoice wizards, the Save Funds Summary helper may be available for you to save specific invoice fund information, including summarized fund encumbrances/payments related to the invoice, to a file on your workstation. The helper outputs fund summary data in a comma-delimited format and creates a file with a .csv extension containing the data. This file can be viewed using a spreadsheet application.

To save invoice fund information to a file

A window opens, allowing you to navigate to a folder on your workstation. Type a file name with a .csv extension, and click Save. Fund summary data from the current invoice search will be saved.

If ###’s appear in the spreadsheet, the spreadsheet application is indicating that the columns are not wide enough to display all digits. Expand the column widths to display all digits.

When an invoice is in a foreign currency, the fund summaries are displayed in the native currency.
