Receive Multiple Orders Wizard Properties

You can change certain system settings and defaults for the Receive Multiple Orders wizard using the Set Properties window. The Receive Multiple Orders wizard allows you to set the following properties.

Display Property Page

The Display Property Page value allows you to choose when to display the Receive Multiple Orders wizard’s set properties window. Select one of the following options:

Wizard Startup—Displays the Set Properties window the first time you access the wizard until you end the wizard session or log off the client.
Never—Does not display the Set Properties window as part of the wizard workflow. If Never is selected and you want to open the Set Properties window, point to the wizard’s toolbar button, right-click, and then click Properties on the shortcut menu.

Depending on the value selected in Display Property Page, defaults may appear as the first step of the wizard. Property values that are changed in the first step of a wizard are retained only until the right-click method is used to set properties.

Behavior

On the Behavior tab, select or clear the following check boxes:

Autogenerate packing list numbers—Determines if WorkFlows should autopopulate the Packing List field.
Autodistribute quantity receiving—Determines if WorkFlows is allowed to automatically distribute the quantity of items received across orderlines.
Automatically claim unreceived copies—Determines if WorkFlows should automatically create a claim segment for orderlines with unreceived copies.
Entry IDs—Specifies a hierarchy of bibilographic record entries to display in the Entry column of the Receive Multiple Orders wizard. Use the Entry ID gadget to select the record entry tags to display. Only one tag's contents display in the Entry column; the contents that display is based on the tag order defined in the Entry IDs field.

For example, if your Entry ID field is populated with 092, 099, 035, 020, and the orderline's title has a 092 tag, the 092 contents are what display in the Entry column. If the title doesn't have an 092 tag but has an 099 tag, the 099 contents are what display in the Entry column. If the orderline's title doesn't have an 092, 099, 035, or 020 tag, no value displays in the Entry column for the orderline.

Extended Info IDs—Specifies a hierarchy of extended information IDs to display in the Orderline Ext. Info column of the Receive Multiple Orders wizard. Use the Entry ID gadget to select the extended information IDs to display. Only one ID's contents display in the Orderline Ext. Info column; the contents that display is based on the ID order defined in the Extended Info IDs field.

For example, if your Extended Info ID field is populated with COMMENT, NOTE, and OPAC_NOTE, and the orderline's extended information has a COMMENT entry, the contents of that COMMENT entry are what display in the Orderline Ext. Info column. If the orderline doesn't have a COMMENT entry but has a NOTE entry, the contents of the NOTE entry are what display in the Orderline Ext. Info column. If the orderline doesn't have a COMMENT, NOTE, or OPAC_NOTE, no value displays in the Orderline Ext. Info column for the orderline.

Configure Columns—Specifies which columns to use in Receive Multiple Orders tables. Mark the check box corresponding to the column you want to display in the table:
Order ID—The purchase order ID associated with each orderline.
Orderline Number—The number of the associated orderline.
Title—The title associated with the orderline.
Entry—The information contained in a bibliographic record entry, as defined by the Entry IDs behavior property.

Defaults

Date Received—Specifies a default date received for all packing lists. Use the Calendar gadget to select a date.
Automatically set date loaded for items received—Specifies that WorkFlows should set the date loaded attribute for items received to the value in the Date received field. Having this attribute enabled may be useful for processing "shelf ready" materials, where staff are not expected to manually create items as part of the receiving orders process.
