Change Title Link Helper: Acquisitions
The Change Title Link helper allows you to change the title that is currently associated with an orderline, or add a title association to an orderline that was previously not linked to the catalog. The helper displays when you are modifying an orderline, and the Title Info tab is displayed.
To remove a title link and leave the orderline unlinked from any title, use the Break Title Link Helper.

Use the Policy List Gadget to select a different set of entries, or list specific entries to display, if desired. |
Important Considerations When Using this Helper
•
If the order is linked to the catalog, the Call Number and Item ID fields are mutually exclusive, so type either a call number or an item ID, but not both. |
•
Do not unlink/relink a title and an order unless the Loaded field on the Segments tab is set to NEVER. |
•
If you clear the Bib Entries field, no bibliographic entries display as part of the line item description in the order. |
•
For UNIMARC formats, you will need to modify the ACQ entry list to include the UNIMARC entries for author, title, edition, and publication information. |
