Reserve Search Helper
The Reserve Search Helper is used to identify a reserve item.
To find a reserve item

Click the Reserve Search helper. |

Select the type of search you want to perform. You have these options. |

In the Search For box, type your search expression. |
|

In the Index list, select an index to search. The search indexes that display are wizard specific. |

Select a library in the Library list to qualify the search. If the Library field contains a specific library name, only item records for that particular library are searched. If the Library field contains the value Full access to all libraries, the item records of all libraries are displayed. |

If your search displays a Reserves list, select the record you want, and click Continue. The Individual Reserve screen displays containing information about this reserve. |
If you decide to not press Continue, select one of the following options:

Important Considerations When Using this Helper
|
•
|
When performing a browse search, the Reserve Search helper only returns records with reserves. |
|
•
|
Course ID and Instructor ID values must be entered exactly regardless of the type of search used. |
|
•
|
If your search results exceed a single screen and you want to browse the complete list, click the Browse Backward and Browse Forward buttons. |
