Window Menu

The Window menu allows you to arrange windows in a way that makes it easy to display all open windows. The following options are available for arranging windows.

Be sure that only those windows you want to arrange are open. Close or minimize those windows you do not want to display.

For WorkFlows Themes, the Window menu only appears if the Multiple Windows Mode check box is selected in Preferences/Desktop Setup. If you select Multiple Windows Mode, you need to restart the client to see the Window menu. By default, WorkFlows Themes is set to display only one window at a time.

To maximize a window you’ve minimized, first click the window to set the cursor focus, then click the Maximize button.

Tile

Click Tile to display all open windows in a grid arrangement of non-overlapping windows.

When using the Tile option in WorkFlows Themes, only one wizard can be active at a time. The active wizard’s window title appears in grey. To restore a non-active wizard, first click the wizard window to set the cursor focus, then click Restore.

Cascade

Click Cascade to display all open windows in a cascading arrangement of overlapping windows.

Horizontal

Click Horizontal to display all open windows as non-overlapping horizontal tiles.

Vertical

Click Vertical to display all open windows as non-overlapping vertical tiles.

Active

Click Active to display all active wizards.

Each time a wizard is opened, the wizard is added to the Active menu list. A check mark will appear next to the current wizard. To switch to a different wizard, select another wizard from this list, and a check mark will appear next to the selected wizard. When you exit a wizard, the wizard will be removed from this list. When no wizards are open, the Active menu will not appear.
