User Search Gadget
This gadget allows you to select a single user for a field.
To search a single user
| 1 | Click the User Search gadget. |
| 2 | Select the search option you want. You have two options: User ID or User Name. |
| 3 | Type the text you want to use for the search, then click Search. |
| 4 | If a list of users displays, select the user record you want from the list, then click OK. |
If your search results exceed a single screen and you want to browse the complete list of users, click the left and right browse arrows.
If a value is already present in the field when you click the gadget, you will be placed in the browse list near the entered value.
