Print Packing List Helper

Use the Print Packing List helper to look up and print packing lists for items mailed via the Mail Items wizard.

To print packing lists

Click the Print Packing List helper. The Shipping Package Helper opens.

Type a Tracking Number or a portion of the beginning of the number and click Search. One of the following options is available.

If there are several possible tracking numbers available, select one from the resulting list and click OK to open the Pring Packing List window with user and item information.

•

If there is only one matching tracking number, the Print Packing List window opens automatically with user and item information.

Click Print Preview to see a preview of the packing list.

Click Print to print the packing list.

Use the Export Mailing Label Helper to create a mailing label that includes the mailing address associated with the tracking number.

Use the Print Labels for User Helper to print a label based on a template.

Click Close to close the Print Packing List window.
