Display Subfields Gadget
The Display Subfields gadget provides a graphic alternative for entering subfields to include in the display and indexing of an entry ID.
To use this gadget, follow these steps.

Click an entry tab, such as the Browse tab. |

In the Subfields box, click the Display Subfields gadget.  |

Click All to include all subfields. |

Or, click Include or Exclude, then select check boxes for the subfields you want to include or exclude. |
The list of subfields to choose from is totally dependent on what is defined in the Valid Subfields attribute in the Basic tab of an entry.
