Display Ordinary Class Subfields Gadget

The Display Ordinary Class Subfields gadget is found on the Hypertext tab for entries when modifying a Format policy. This gadget provides a graphic alternative for entering related subfields to be included in hypertext entries.

To use this gadget, follow these steps.

Click the Hypertext tab for an entry.

In Subfields Used in Hypertext Search box, click the Display Ordinary Class Subfields gadget.

All alphabetic and numeric subfields display.

Click All to include all subfields.

Or, click Include or Exclude, then select check boxes for the subfields you want to include or exclude.

Click OK.
