To unreceive issues
1 | Click the Unreceive Issues tool, and a table of received issues for this control appears. |
2 | In the Selected column, select the check box(es) next to the issue(s) you want to unreceive, then click Remove. |
3 | Or, you can select the Unreceive All Issues check box and click Remove to remove all receipts. |
