Remove a Serial Holdings Record Tool

The Remove a Serial Holdings Record helper appears in the toolbox on the MARC Holdings tab when modifying a serial control record.

To remove a serial holdings record

Click the Remove a Serial Holdings Record tool, and the Select Holdings to Remove window opens.

In the Selected column, select the check box next to the holdings record(s) you want to remove, then click OK.

Or, you can select the Remove All Holdings check box, and click OK to remove all serial holdings records linked to this control.

Users can only remove MARC holdings for libraries in their MARC Holdings Maintenance library group.
