Reports that include the Selection List selection may include the following selections.

All selection lists selected by the report have had notices sent this specified number of times. This count is updated automatically by the Notice to Selectors report but may also be updated manually in the selection list record. Use the Number Range gadget to select a number of notices.
All selection lists selected by the report were created by the specified user access. To enter a list of creator names, use the String List gadget.
All selection lists selected by the report will contain the specified cutoff date. The Cutoff Date is the deadline for selectors to have their decisions made. To select a range of dates, use the Date Range gadget.
