Flip Headings Tab
On the Flip Headings tab, you can indicate whether or not the authority database will be updated, and how it is updated, by the Change Invalid Headings by Bib or Change Invalid Headings by Authority reports.
The Flip Headings tab includes the following fields.
| • | Update Database |
| • | Maximum Titles to Process |
| • | List Updated Entries |
The Update Database option has the following selections.
| • | Mark Authorized and Unmark Unauthorized Entries – Select this option to change the authorization of entries in the authority or bibliographic records according to the selections made in the report. |
| • | Generate Records that Are To Be Changed (Test mode) – Select this option to generate a list of records that will be changed by the report. It is recommended that you first run the report with this option selected. |
Type the maximum number of titles to process when running this report.
Select this check box to create a list of entries updated by this report.
