Export File Tab

This tab may contain the following fields.

Export File

In this field, type the location (file path) to where the file created by this report should be written on the SirsiDynix Symphony server. By default, the file will be placed in the /Unicorn/Rpttemp directory on the SirsiDynix Symphony server.

Note: For the Export Brief Holdings via FTP report, this field is required for the report to run.

For the Debt Collection reports and the Export Brief Holdings via FTP report, only type the file name, such as debtcollect. You cannot change the file path for these reports. The files from the Debt Collection reports will be written to the /Unicorn/Rpttemp directory on the SirsiDynix Symphony server; the files from the Export Brief Holdings via FTP report will be written to the /Unicorn/Xfer directory on the SirsiDynix Symphony server.

Include Date/Time in Filename

Select this check box to append a date/time stamp to the filename. If you use this option, you will not have to specify a new name for the report each time it is run, and you will avoid overwriting existing reports. For example, you name the file debtcollect and run it on May 30, 2008, and the report will output the file debtcollect20080530.
