Print User Name and User ID Tab

The Print User Name and User ID tab contains the Print User Name and User ID check box. This check box can be selected to include in the report output the name and user ID of the user who placed the hold. If the check box is cleared, the user name and user ID are excluded from the hold information in the report output.

By default, the Print User Name and User ID check box is selected.
