Computation/Title Format Tab

The Computation/Title Format output option is available in reports that include title costs analysis.

Overall totals and percentages are printed at the end of the report.

If a long format is selected, average costs and total average costs up to $999,999.99 display. If a short format is selected, only values up to $9,999.99 are displayed.

Select one of the following values for the Computation/Title Format option.

Average Cost/Long Title outputs the percent change in the average cost per copy, per title, in a long, multiple line title format. The long format prints the complete title and word wraps if the title is longer than one line. Cost is printed on the following line. Each fund starts on a new page. A summary line reflecting the number of titles, each fiscal cycle’s totals, and the total percent change of each fund’s average cost per copy is also provided.

Average Cost/Short Title is the default output option. It outputs the percent change in the average cost per copy, per title, in a short, single line title format. The short format truncates the title at 35 characters. A summary line reflecting the number of titles, each fiscal cycle’s totals, and the total percent change of each fund’s average cost per copy is also provided.

Total Cost/Long Title outputs the percent change of the total cost per title in a long, multiple line title format.
