Introduction Helper

The Introduction helper appears on the WWW Information tab of a gateway element. You can use this helper to create or edit an introduction file that corresponds to this element. This introduction displays at the top of the e-Library window.

To edit an existing introduction file

Click the Introduction helper. A window opens, displaying the introduction files listed in the /Unicorn/Gateway directory.

In the File List pane, click a file name, and the text appears in the Content pane.

Make your edits, click Save, and the modified file is saved to the /Unicorn/Gateway directory.

To create a new introduction file

Click the Introduction helper. A window opens, displaying the existing introduction files (*.hdr) listed in the /Unicorn/Gateway directory.

Click Create.

In the Enter File Name box, type a name for this introduction file, for example Cintro-gen.hdr. Click OK.

In the Content pane, type the content for this introduction file.

Click Save, the new file is saved to the /Unicorn/Gateway directory, and the file list is updated with the new file name.

All delivered introduction files begin with an “S”; all custom introduction files should begin with a “C.”
