Outreach Configuration Wizards

The Outreach module is used to do the following.

•

Create, maintain, and remove outreach user records

•

Build interest profiles for users

•

Create, maintain, and remove templates for interest profiles

•

Search interests to select material for outreach users

•

Set up, maintain, and remove outreach delivery route records

Policies in the Outreach policy group are used in route and user records.

Click the Outreach Configuration wizard group button to display the following wizards.

Policy lists and policy values can be downloaded to files on your workstation. See the Export Policies Helper topic for more information.

Only one user at a time can work with policies. This is a safeguard to prevent users from modifying the same policy at the same time.
