Display Of User Transaction Lists In Circulation Wizards Policy
On SirsiDynix Symphony systems, lists of a user’s current charges, total charges, bills, and holds can be displayed at the bottom of circulation wizard windows. The Display Of User Transaction Lists policy is a Global Configuration policy that is read by the WorkFlows client at startup and stored as a global variable. This policy determines whether or not the system will display the user lists.
This policy is intended primarily for users of SirsiDynix Symphony K12, or smaller libraries. SirsiDynix Symphony administrators at standard SirsiDynix Symphony sites should be aware that selecting this policy may cause performance problems at large libraries where users may have large number of charges, hold, and bills.
The Display Of User Transaction Lists policy appears on the Circulation tab of the Global Configuration wizard. The default value for this policy appears in the Select a Policy window. To modify this value, select Display Of User Transaction Lists and click Modify. Click a radio button to select one of the policy attributes. Click Save to save your selection. The default value is Do Not Display User Transactions Lists for standard SirsiDynix Symphony systems.

Click this radio button to suppress the display of user lists. By default, this option is selected.

Click this radio button to display lists of the user’s charges (active and inactive), total charges, bills, and holds in the following wizard windows.
