Exchange Incomplete Sets Helper

The Exchange Incomplete Sets helper is used to exchange an incomplete set. This helper is especially useful if you do not want to put an incomplete set aside and wait to find the other volumes before you exchange them.

When using the Exchange Items Wizard, when you scan part of a set, you can select whether you want to exchange the set together or as an incomplete set.

If you want to send an incomplete set, the item will be exchanged immediately.

If you want to wait for the entire set, the item will be added to this helper, and you will need to wait for the entire set, unless you manually force the exchange.

Click the Exchange Incomplete Sets helper.

In the Destination list, select the exchange library you want. The exchange library allows you to select the library to which you want to exchange the incomplete set.

Under Incomplete Sets, select the set you want to exchange, and then click Exchange to complete the transaction.

Click Close to exit this helper.
