Subfields Gadget

The Subfields gadget is used to select subfields to be included in a call number when loading.

To select subfields for loading, follow these steps.

Click the Subfields gadget.

Do one of the following.

•

To add all subfields, select the Select All check box.

•

To add specific subfields, clear the Select All check box, and select the check box beside the subfield(s) you wish to include.

Click OK once you have finished adding subfields to save the information, or click Cancel to return to the previous window without saving the information.
