Rollover Fund Wizard
The Rollover Fund wizard guides you through the process of rolling funds over to a new fiscal cycle.
To rollover a fund

Select a From Fiscal Cycle value from the list. |

Type a To Fiscal Cycle value or select one from the list. |
|

In the Fund Search, identify the fund or funds to rollover. You search will be limited to only those funds that have not been rolled over to the specified fiscal cycle. |

A table of funds meeting your search criteria appears. Your selected search options appear just above this table. |

You can select the Select All check box to rollover all listed funds, or select the check boxes next to individual funds and click Rollover Selected Funds. |
A Rollover Fund Complete dialog box displays the number of cycles created, and indicates if any cycles already existed.

If selected in wizard properties, you may be able to make modifications to individual funds in the Adjust field, then click Adjust Fund Budgets. |
You can use this wizard to rollover a single fund record. For information about rolling over multiple fund records at one time, see “How do I rollover funds?” in FAQs: Rolling Over to a New Fiscal Cycle.
If the system is configured to track audit trails, an audit trail of fund transfers will be maintained in the audit trail database. A separate entry is added for each transfer.
After rolling over a fund, you can click one of the following options.

Rollover More Funds to rollover funds for another selected group of funds |

•
|
Adjust Fund Budgets to modify the new budgets you rolled over |
|
•
|
Close to exit the Rollover Fund wizard |
