Modify Invoice Extended Info Helper
Use the Modify Invoice Extended Info helper to add or edit free text associated with the invoice in extended information fields.
To use this helper
1 | While displaying the Invoice tab, click the Modify Invoice Extended Info helper. |
2 | The extended information fields become active. The extended information fields that appear depend on the fields defined in the Invoice Extended Information Format Policy for your system. |
3 | Modify the information in these fields as needed. When creating or modifying invoice extended information, you can add or delete entries using the Create First Row Helper, Insert Row Before Helper, Insert Row After Helper, and Delete Row Helper. |
4 | Click OK, and return to the Invoice tab. |
