Remove User Reservations Wizard
Use the Remove User Reservations wizard to remove one or more reservations made by a specified user.
To remove a user’s reservations

Click the Remove User Reservations wizard. |

In the User Search (User Search Helper) search for the user whose reservation(s) you want to remove. If a Current record exists, click the Current information link to access the last record displayed, modified, or added. If there is more than one user in your result, select the correct user record and click Remove User Reservations. |

Under Change Reservations Lookup Options, you can further filter the user’s list of reservations by pickup library, reservation start date, and reservation end date. Update the list by clicking Display User Reservations. |

Your search result displays the following fields: Title, Pickup Library, Patron Reservation Starts, and Patron Reservation Ends. |
For more detailed information about each reservation, click the glossary in the Patron Reservation Starts or Patron Reservation Ends columns.

To remove a reservation or multiple reservations, do one of the following: |

To remove all reservations, select the Remove All check box, and click Remove User Reservations. |
|
•
|
To remove only selected reservations, select the corresponding Remove check box for each reservation you want to remove and click Remove User Reservations. |

A remove confirmation message displays. Click OK. |
After removing user reservations, click one of the following options.

Remove User Reservations to remove more reservations for this user |
|
•
|
Return to Search to return to the previous search results |
|
•
|
New Search to search a new user |
|
•
|
Close to exit the wizard. |
Reservations can be removed only if they have not been checked out to a user.
Reservations can also be removed by checking in the item.
