Modify Course Wizard

The Modify Course wizard is used to make changes to existing course record information.

To modify a course record

Click the Modify Course wizard.

In the Search For box, identify the course by typing in the course number and press Search. Or press Current to display the existing course.

Note: You can change the search Type and Index information. The default search criteria that displays in these fields are determined by property settings.

Make any needed changes to the Basic Information Tab: Reserves or the Extended Information Tab: Reserves and click Modify. A confirmation box displays that the record has been modified.

Note: Click the Instructor List Tab to display instructor information.

After you have modified the course, select one of the following options.

Modify to modify course information for a different course

•

Return to List to return to the list of courses previously displayed

•

Another to modify another course

•

Close to exit the wizard
