FAQs: Removing Course Information

You can remove a course record only if it has no associated reserve records. If a course record has any associated reserve records, even dormant ones, you must delete the reserve records before removing the course record.

Click the Remove Course wizard.

In the Course ID box, identify the course.

If this is the record you want to remove, click Remove or press ENTER. If the course still has a reserve record associated with it, a message appears.

Click OK to close the message.

Use the Remove Reserve wizard to identify and remove the reserve record associated with the course record you want to delete.

After you have removed the reserve record associated with the course record you want to delete, return to the Remove Course wizard. You should now be able to remove the course record.
